KE Rules

1. NAP+ = No attacks on cities from TRU, tru, DVS, sop, NEA, NEB, RNG, rng, BGL, DVL, DBL, TWO, STN

2. Outside NAP+ list = Free For All. Anyone can attack those alliances.

3. During Castle Battle: No city attacks allowed.

4. Tile hits are allowed, on anyone, during the whole event.

REPEAT: All rss tiles can be hit!
